How to make a Mod that makes the color of the username/usergroup red?

I need help making this please?? (automatic when the user is banned)

The thing is, there is no usergroup for banned members...

So, you could just make the usergroup color red and, when you ban the user, also add them to that membergroup...

And then install the membergroup color mod

Of course the big question is why....   Do you have so many banned users that you need to differentiate them?
