I tried the 2.0 version and it threw errors all over the place.

I did not try emulating an earlier version to see if it works. Did you try that as per the second link Branko gave you?

I tried with both through SMF 2.0.9 and emulate but it's give me error.

I have made it and submitted in modification section.

But you may wait until SMF customizable team approved it.

Rumpa, note that the modification is not visible until approved, only for you and SMF Customization Team  ;)

There is no need to PM the customization team when you submit a mod. We will see it in the review queue as soon as you submit it.
