I know this will be available in future releases but was curious if someone would be interested in doing this for 2.0.x?

Version: 2.0.9

Description: A WYSIWYG editor in the forum newsletter.

Permissions: Would be the same as the current newsletter.

BTW: vbgamer...  do note that the buggy wysiwyg in 2.0 has been completely replaced in 2.1
