Menu buttons are doubled

Hello I am new to SMF.  I have taken over our forum from a previous administrator and I have installed a new theme. The some of menu buttond at the top are doubled. Does anyone know how to fix this.  I have included a picture of what it looks like.  Thank you for your help.

I'm assuming there's a mod installed that puts icons into the menu?

Yes there is a mod that can add 6 buttons to the menu.  The buttons that are doubled is the actually the same button and even the sub menu is also doubled.  I have also looked at the subs.php file to see if they were doubled there but I didnt see anything there.  I am new to all of this and I may have over looked something.

No, that's not the mod I meant.

You have a mod that is trying to add images to things and the images are missing (but the images have an alternative text attached which your browser is showing instead)

Yes I found a mod called Menu Icons. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.  All is fixed now.  Thank you for your help.
