Printing a discussion or a post

I have looked in SMF and in the mod section, but I have not seen an option where one can print only an answer or a whole discussion.

Is there such an option somewhere? A MOD?

Well, there's the print-page feature as standard which gives one a very minimalist printer-friendly outlook, but to actually automatically make it *print*, that's a bit more technical and relies on non-standard features to be supported by browsers (and since they can't even support what *is* standard properly, the odds of that are somewhat low)

When you talk about the print-page feature, you talk about the feature already present in Firefox and other browser?

No. Look at the lower right of a topic. This has a button called 'print'. This takes you to a bare-bones version of a topic that is suitable for printing.

You can then use whatever browser functionality is there for printing. Getting SMF to automatically make the two happen together is complicated and may not work properly in all browsers.
