I have my post length maximum set to 0 (unlimited) but posts still get cut off at 20,000 or so characters. I have access to edit my php.ini file but no idea where/what to enter.

Is there anything in mysql to edit too? I know you can't get totally unlimited post length but something like 100,000 character would be more than enough.

Thanks.

Set the limit to a high number, not 0. I'd suggest no more than 200,000 though. Needs to be more than 65535 to force it to alter the database to store more than 65535 bytes per entry.

Oh right lol, wish I'd known that sooner, been splitting up my posts on my other forum for years. thanks.
