There's a chance it will. If the person who views it for that one time it gets cached each minute can see it, any topics in it will be visible to all users for that 60 seconds while it's pulled from cache.

And, seriously, SSI doesn't check board access?!?!? That's a vulnerability right there.

Keep it as is. You were showing the same information before without caching nothing changed. If wasn't a major issue before then no need to change now.
