XPS Theme HELP?

I am not sure if this is the right spot for this but,
I cannot get my theme background image to change.  I had ftp'd over a new image with exact same name/ext/size.
I cleared my browser and forum admin caches, and even changed themes and back again, but the same background remains...
I recently fowarded my domains to cloudflare, could that be a issue? cause it seems to me this is some sorta cache issue
considering the original image isn't even in the theme anymore...
Am I missing something? or am I just having a BrainFart Moment?

YES! it was the CloudFlare...  I switched my domains back to the original and it worked immediatly.
