smf 1.1.5/ How to do a clean install

What I would like to do is a clean install of my forum.  Trying to do things as I learn I have a bit of a mess and would like to start over with a clean forum install, but don't know how to go about it.

Any guidance would be appreciated. I prefer instructions on how to do this instead of someone doing it for me, as that is how I learn
