Thoughts on new Help section

Was never a fan of the help section provided stock in 1.x, so I decided to do an overhaul. It's a work in progress, so let me know what you think.

Basically tidy, but a bit 90's. Could do with some more definition. I'd be inclined to use more white space between headings and paragraphs, and something more in your face (but not OTT) for the headings.

White space is good by the way. Essential element of good presentation. Don't be scared to use it. This is not a database dump.

Always nice to hear from you, Antechinus. Why do you get the 90's feel? (That's never any good).

In addition, can you give me some examples of where I could use white space and what that actually means?
