2.0.8 or 2.0.9 only see text

I have a problem - the same server install version 2.0.7 and everything is OK, but as install 2.0.8 or 2.0.9 only see text, please help ...

It is indicative of missing CSS files.

site currently working as left version 2.0.7, but 2.0.8 and 2.0.9 in the same place shows only text, not the theme ..
CSS files in 2.0.9 were in place, the installation is the same for all versions, the question might be why CSS is not visible and does not apply ...

Please update to 2.0.9 in that location and then tell us if the situation continues. We will take a look, but we need to see the actual issue.
