Subforo abajo y Foro arriba. Se puede hacer?

A ver si alguien me dice como se hace esto:

Normalmente por defecto en un Foro con Subforo cuando entras al Foro aparece el subforo arriba y el Foro abajo.
y lo que yo quiero es al reves, que los temas del Foro esten arriba y los del Subforo abajo.
se puede hacer?

Sí se puede, tendrías que desplazar esta parte de código en el MessageIndex.template.php

yo sabria hacerlo pero es que el codigo no es igual.  Por ejemplo, esta parte final <tr id="board_', $board['id'], '_children">
no esta. Seguramente yo lo he quitado por algun ajuste que he hecho.

Tampoco me dices desde donde hasta donde tengo que desplazarla

Así pues te dejo el archivo a ver si tu lo haces.

Yo creo que si entras a un Foro con Subforos, lo normal es que los temas del foro esten arriba y no abajo.
