It's not going to be released for now, I was just playing a bit with SMF 2.1
Maybe in the future I come back and finish it.

Edit: It's a preformatted CSS file for anyone who doesn't know how to CSS :p So, if you don't know how to make something happen when you hover your mouse pointer over a word, for instance, it has something programmed in the preformatted framework to do what you want.

That is only half of it. It''s also got some jQuery libraries built in.

Most of the SMF Packs themes use it lightly.
