Blocking posts containg urls

A few months ago I read a post on the community board hereconcerning a mod that enabled one to ban posts that contain urls. I would like to try this out but cannot find it now; lost among all the other posts here. I believe the member wanted a bit of cash for it but that is OK. It would save me a lot of time writing my own.

Any ideas anyone?
