Unable to post in the Mod section

I know for a fact i am in the wrong section
I wanted to post my topic regarding my mod not installing or showing in my control panel
It is called board icons
I am unable to see this

You can not start new topics there. Every mod available on this site has a dedicated support topic, linked from the mod download page.
