Large upgrade package question

Hi,

Our forum is on 2.0 and want to upgrade to 2.0.9

In trying to uninstall some mods I am unable to because of errors. *The forum was moved from one host to another and apparently this was not a clean move. .

So if I do use the large upgrade package will that remove all the mods regardless of errors and keep all the members and posts intact?

You might also want to run repair_settings in order to check the paths and remove any hooks your MODs deployed

I was trying to think of the name of the repair tool and couldn't remember it for the life of me!
