that is a table related to simple portal, you should ask them how to get it in place.

the rest of the error should be safe to ignore. [maybe? i dont recall when the db version was bumped in 1.1 if it was at all]

The DB version was last changed in 1.1.9 I believe, but if attachments are working correctly this change happened as it should have done.
