PM that quotes the post

Hi,
Is there a mod for 2.0+ that places a PM icon inside a post so that when someone clicks the icon it adds a "quote" of the post inside a PM form or whatever it's called?
I've searched but haven't found the magic combination of words.

I did some searching and couldn't find anything either. I can see where this would be really useful.
