Resetting Post Count to Actual Number

After someone decided to change their post count to 9000 I have no idea how many posts they have legitimately made, is there a way to set them to their actual number without hand counting every post they have made?

if just that one user, and all boards count posts, go in their profile -> show posts go to the last page and it will show you how many posts the user has made.
