A permissions problem - link keeps giving members redirect to profile

Thank you very much! I figure you would want an update and so I will let you know now what happened.

This was tried, and what happened next was unbelievable. People could then view each other's pets, but when they viewed my rooms, their pet rooms got changed to be the same as mine. It's like the coding was doing a transformation. The name of the rooms were changed to match my rooms, and so was the number {5 rooms}. If they had more than 5 rooms, the extra rooms were deleted along with the pets inside them.

Well, that seems to indicate some very bad coding by the author....  Seriously. The change that was suggested just controlled the access... It should not have changed anything in the actual target...

wynnyelle, with such a big and busy site as you have, you should really test everything thoroughly (in a test setup) before going live. That's the kind of issue that only the author of the code can help you debug efficiently...

And is it permanent? I mean, is it so really on the database? Or is it a display issue only?
