Accurate Referral system out there?

Is there an accurate Referral system out there I could use on my forum? I'd like to be able to keep track of how many users a member recruits onto the forum, and I'd also like to know which member it is. If anybody has any idea , please give this a reply. I have a referral system that only tracks the number of people a member referrs, based on the referralet registering and puting the members name
