Number of posts and new topics in certain boards

Hi everyone!

I am on 2.0.9 now.
How do I make it so that a member must write a certain number of posts before he can create a new topic in a certain board?

Read the wiki/manual on permisions.

Turn on permissions for post count based groups
Turn on deny
Use board profiles to set the permissions specific to your certain board
Set the post permissions to deny the post count based group(s) the ability to start a thread.
