ARABIC text not showing

my forum is not showing Arabic language after i had to import the database from a backup i get some Arabic language but some comes up with طھظƒظ... ظ,,طھط·ظˆظٹط± ط§ظ,,ظ...ظˆظ,ط¹ someone please help me it was working right before this is my forum http://bersiveyaus.com/forum/index.php [nofollow] Please help asap thanks

Wasn't this already fixed previously? Did you reimport the database?
