Lost my admin privilege cant log in.

Hello everyone, I put my forum in maintenance mode to make a few changes. I have 2 accounts one Admin a second account that appears to others as a general user but with admin privilege. Both accounts share the same password.
I wanted to see what the changes looked like to end users so I logged into my non admin account to see how others will see the board and remembered I have admin rights so I removed my admin status for that account. I am now locked out and cannot log in. I am guessing because the password shared between both accounts. The site is also still in maintenance mode.  What a blunder, what do I do.
