Please solve this fatal error

I am totally new and please help me
ERROR:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_fatal_error() in /home/a7177661/public_html/Sources/Subs-Db-mysql.php on line 71

I am using hxxp:000webhost.com [nonactive]. If you got a video please post the link.
I am totally new in forum creation but not new in forums. I am user in this hxxp:forum.uifserver.net [nonactive].

That function is defined in Sources/Errors.php, so please check if the file is there. If it is, check inside it for "function db_fatal_error".

How are you installing SMF? Did you download our install package and uploaded the files via FTP? Or are you using some "preinstalled" option from your host?

I don't know how but I reinstalled using install.php and filled it out and it works!
