Modifying EmailTemplates.english.php template

Instead of using a CSS file, I finally individually coded each word I wanted to highlight. It looks much better then the plain text. I used yesterday.

However, I am wondering, if I can personalize it a bit further.

In the Email Templates, I can personalize the email with the following list:

                REALNAME: The display name for the member receiving the email.
                USERNAME: The user name for the member receiving the email.
                PASSWORD: The password for the member.
                FORGOTPASSWORDLINK: The url to the "forgot password" page.

Is it possible to add another parameter? I want to use the First_Name included in the Advanced Profile Fields.

Not without additional coding.... Since the  extended profile fields are in a compketely different table, the system would have to read that table/field first...
