I have a client that installed the SMF forums through fantastico and now she's getting all kinds of erros.  One said that the database version didn't match the version she was running so we checked in the admin and it says:

Current Templates - 1.0 *our version*    1.0.3 *current release*

I've downloaded and uploaded the current *or what I thought was current* recent.template.php since it says:

Recent.template.php 1.0 1.0.1

Ran the upgrade.php and it's still showing this same thing.  Can someone help out here?

If you're not getting any error messages, I wouldn't worry about it.

We're getting several error messages.

Here's just one:

Quote--You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND hxxp:mem.id [nonactive]_MEMBER != 1
AND hxxp:ln.id [nonactive]_MEMBER = hxxp:mem.id [nonactive]_MEMBER

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum files are currently at version SMF 1.0.5, whereas your database is at version SMF 1.0.2. It is recommended that you execute the latest version of upgrade.php

Don't know what could be causing that error. Have you tried re-uploading Sources/Subs-Post.php?
