Could not retrieve file error

• SMF 2.0.9 (installed not updated)
• BUNCH of mods.  LOL

I'm not sure if this is something to worry about or not.  But working on an email error (which I figured out) I saw that the error log had a LOT of there:

Could not retrieve the file http://www.simplemachines.org/smf/current-version.js?version=SMF+2.0.9

It's happened apparently with my account and with some Guest account.  The links that accompany these errors are a bunch of different ones (posts, scheduled tasks, recent, buddies, index, stats). Is this something to worry about?

Can you post a screen grab of the whole error message showing the failure code and any line numbers of file referred to.

Thank you!  I had issues with my host and had to change.  When I did so, the errors stopped happening.
