No new post icon next to thread

I am using refresh theme and i there is no picture when there are new posts. I am sending picture attached. Using smf 2.0.9.

But i think that's not relevant for my question.
Well, i need information how are pictures on that place called. I saw there is on.gif and so, but couldn't find anything about this image

are you using a language other then english? if so in your themes images folder create a folder with the name of the language you are using and put in it a new.gif file which will show.

New folder, but i had to name it "croatian-utf8".
