Theme issue

I've recently started a community and I would like to know where can I find this theme as I am not being able to find it.



Please take note that the website where the image is located at will simply add a feature to change the way you see the forum and not the forum theme it self.

It looks like a custom theme

If you want to mimic it for your own forum  you could look at:

And see if one of these is close enough for you to modify or try this third party tool
