Moved server attachment problem. Yes, I ran repair_settings.php

I recently moved my forum to a new VPS. Everything appears to work fine except that only one of my three attachment folders is showing up . I ran repair_settings.php, which set my attachments folder to the default one. However, my newest attachments are in the 3rd folder. When I add the paths for the other folders it recognized the file size but lists "0" under files. How do I fix this? I need those other two folders to work as they are the latest folders.

The status of the other two attachment directories is "Unsued", where as the default directory has a status of "OK"

You can run the "Attachment Integrity Check" in
index.php?action=admin;area=manageattachments;sa=maintenance

If the files are there and have an entry in the database, that should bring them back to live
