They can't register anymore

First of all i want to excuse myself, because my English is poor.

I am using a Simple Machine forum allready many years! But now, new users can't register anymore.
I am still using an old version I think, but I don't have enough knowledge to upgrade the forum.

Can anybody help me please??

The question is gone, but mod still seems to be active.  Were there errors when you uninstalled?  Is there anything in your Admin panel that gives you a disable option?

No, that mod's not installed.  Anti-bot puzzles was installed, OP uninstalled it.  It just displays a rotating question, the question is gone, but it still throws the error, so no one can register.

Really needs to upgrade.

I have opened a new topic, (upgrade from 1.1.11)
So, I hope to find someone who is willoing to help me because I really can do it myself.

I hope that my forum can stay and that new members again can register.

you should upgrade to the latest version, but i dont think that will solve your issue here unless you wipe all your mods and start over with clean files.

the members/posts etc will still be there, just a clean set of files which would solve your problem.
