PAID: Source Reader and More (nice compensation)

Ok so i play a game called Cybernation and i need a mod that will have a page where members can copy and paste the source code to a certain area and click summit and the mod will read the code and give feedback based on what it read. I also want it to include a task manager so to day, where admins can issue tasks to members to be complected, once a task is done i need it to allow the admins to mark it done and the member be given a certain amount of points for finishing that task. I need it to have its own page on my fourms for the source reader and task manager.... plus a simple but effective admin area for it. I need someone who can do this in a reasonable amount of time. Compation is negotiable and is given upon testing the mod works correctly.

That's a fairly complex task right there... How exactly will the submitted code be interpreted so that a feedback can be given based on it?
