PMs not being received all of sudden

Pms show as sent (sent folder) but recipients are not getting them. Worked fine 2 hours ago. :/. No changes have been made to the site.

EDIT: Something is fishy. I have been testing the pm with another admin, and I dont show her being logged in. No posts are showing up as new either. Last post was 2 hours ago and I know more have been made since.


EDIT 2: Both my other admin and myself just made a post on the site but they aren't showing up for either of us.


Any ideas?

Nevermind, the idiot hosts changed the IP of the server and didn't tell anyone.
