Is there a mod or a piece of code, so only the guy that created the topic and admins can see it?

By default not, as that's a bit contrary to the principle of a forum.
That's more on the realms of a Helpdesk ticket system. See the SimpleDesk MOD But it's not yet available to SMF 2.1 (and I don't know when/if it will be)

What you are looking for is simpledesk, a helpdesk/ticket system.  What you are asking for is not possible in smf core

and are you actualy usimg v2.1 beta
