Spam Registration time

I would like to have a mod which checks the time taken by the user to register since a bot can register in few seconds while a real user cannot. I would like to have it if it is already available. Is there any other better Spam registration disable mod available for SMF 2.0.9 since most of them are outdated & no more work on SMF 2.0.9.
