Mod increasing karma rating by a criteria

Hi.

I need a mod (Paid or Free if already available) which will make it possible for members to increase a particular member's karma by choosing one of the predefined criteria.

For SMF 2.

The task is to denominate winners with the highest karma of each category, like:
- "Best Contributor of our Forum"
- "Best Startupper of our Forum"
- "Best Troubleshooter of our Forum"
...
- "Just for a good post"
and etc.

Members, while increasing the karma of a particular user, will have to choose one criteria to nominate the current post for one of the categories or just select the last option for worthy post.

And the mod will have to automatically calculate and display the winners' list (Top-3) of each category at the end of the year or a given time period.

PS: criterias, time range and 'Top-#" will be dynamic and have to set in mod settings.
