Disallow members to choose themes.

I set few forums to Default Curve and few forums to theme1.
I want members to see the forums with same themes.

I remember seeing an option in admin panel that stops members to change themes.

Not finding it now

Admin > Themes and Layout > Manage and Install > Allow members to select their own themes (untick) & save

Here you go 

Administration Center > Themes and Layout > Manage and Install
Ensure that "Allow members to select their own themes" is NOT checked.

I didn't click that 'Manage and Install' because I was thinking it was the area for installing themes.
