smf theme issue

greetings , i have being having issues with my present smf theme

this morning i saw the theme on this attachment and i love it , i was made to understand its smf theme , it also have mobile view and would like to try it out but i dont know the name and would appreciate if anyone can help me with it or any similar theme of this nature that also have mobile view

. if the screenshot is not clear , i can post the name of the site but i dont know if its allow here that is why i have not posted it

edit: I found it via google. I'm pretty sure that this is NOT SMF-powered...

Correct, it's not an SMF-based forum. They used to use SMF a long time ago, until they created their own version.
