2.0.10 fresh install not mobile responsive

I installed a forum version 2.0.10 and it's not mobile responsive, do you have to install the patch separately? I doubt it.

For these reasons, the changes performed in this mod will NOT be merged in the official 2.0.x series releases, but will be released, and supported, as an official mod.

I didn't notice that they did 2 things at once released a update + a mod, I thought 2.0.10 is the mod that was my confusion.

I installed the pakage it changes the icon and everything but it still has a width of about 720px, I have no mods other then this.

I had to read 7 pages to get here

yep removing that 90% on V4 passes the test with flying colours, and setting it back makes it fail.

I have to say I'm confused then that v3 passes test with it set. I kind of like the padding there
