Give multiple Karma to user

Is there any mod using which we can give multiple Karma to the user for example, currently we can only give 1 karma at a time, but suppose I would like to give the facility for the users to give 5 karma at a time.

I looked at the Karma Description Mod which quite fulfill my needs but it also does not gives this facility.

Is it possible though any other mod ?
