Disable modify & remove post after certain time?

So, it looks like sm.org forum have installed new mod, disable modify & remove post after 1 hour.
I did search but I only found the modify one, not both modify & remove post.

What mods does SMF use?

I didn't notice that the feature is already on SMF.

But the topic seems cannot be editable while some topic must be regularly edited.

Currently not enabling this feature.
