Code Bar Doesnt Work

Hello,
Yesterday, i installed a editor mod for my forum, after a time i removed it, but i recognized that problem. How can i repair this problem?
I checked my Admin CP > Forum > Post Settings and they are normal.
I think some css or php codes are missing.

What was the mod? Were there any errors at all when you uninstalled it? Are there any in the error log now and what are they?

I didnt receive any errors, it removed succesfully. The mod was "sceditor". I restarted my vds and i saw this problem.

I don't think sceditor was ever intended to install on 1.1.x
