Move main menu bar below logo

Is there any was to do this without recoding the html?  I want to put the menu bar links below my logo on each page.

since the menu *IS* below the logo in the default theme, it would help if you told use what theme you were using...

(and also note that theme specific questions really should be asked in the thread dedicated to supporting that specific theme)
