Hi i've a big porblem, i've a forum with 2.0.10 smf installed, but when i try to merge two topics i'm not able to do it.
i go to the topic i want to merge, push merge topic button and i'm routed to index page of the forum.
i tried to take a look around internet, but no results.
Anyone can help ?

Illori

ask your host if they have mod_security enabled, if so ask them to disable it.

kasparh

i already ask them, but they told me they already disabled it for me.
which kind of test can i do to test if mod_security is enabled or not ?

Kindred

are you running smf in a sub-directory or a sub-domain under wordpress?

kasparh

no, it's working as pure forum, no wordpress installed

Kindred

Then it either has to be mod_security or a bad htaccess...

Are you using prettyurls?
