FIXED in 1.1RC2 (was BUG: Delete empty Category

Hello,

I got the following error when attempting to delete an empty Category (e.g. no Boards inside the Category)

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 3

I then added a Boards and tested the 'delete' function (now non-empty Category) and it did the delete just fine.

I then create a new Category - kept empty - and got a repeat of the above conditions

Looks like a bug to me...

Using SMF 1.1 RC1  running on Linux with PHP 4.3.11 and Apache 1.3.33

This was fixed in RC2 if u search you will find the solution to this

i am sure you arent talking about 1.0 rc 2.. so?

Im reffering to the upcomming rc2 that is comming out.  ok for those that got confused im reffering to 1.1 RC2  if you search you will see that compuart stated that its fixed for the next release.
