[FREE] Reverse post order by board

I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to create a mod for the admin to show the latest posts at the top of a thread rather than at the bottom, but on a board-by-board basis rather than site-wide? I know from my extensive Google searches that you members can do this from their profiles, but then it affects all forums.
