Undefined Error in install.php

My server runs php v 4.4x and I'm getting this error:

Are you absolutely sure about that PHP version? Can you post a link to a phpinfo file? (What is phpinfo.php?)

I think the '--disable-all' in the config command is what's causing the issue. Tell your host to re-compile PHP without that in it and it should work properly. If they won't do it, find a different host.
