2.09 to 2.10

Trying to update from 2.09 to 2.10 I see these problems

*    2.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/languages/index.english.php    Test failed
      1.    Replace    ./Themes/default/languages/index.english.php    Test failed
      2.    Replace    ./Themes/default/languages/index.english.php    Test successful
*    3.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/scripts/script.js    Test failed
      1.    Replace    ./Themes/default/scripts/script.js    Test failed
      2.    Replace    ./Themes/default/scripts/script.js    Test failed

Any suggestions?

You have to manually make changes to those files where the automated install could not do so
