A mod that only lets specific membergroups to reply in that board

Hey. I'd like to know if there's a mod that makes it so every forum user can create a topic in the board but only a specific membergroup can reply.

For example:
Is it possible to make it so in this board everyone can create a topic with a question but only those with the 'Support Specialists' membergroup can reply in the topic?

You don't need a MOD for that, just regular permissions.
There are separate permissions for post new topic and post replies so you just need to create a permissions profile, set it to the board you want and configure permissions properly.

If you are looking for a support system, maybe a Helpdesk is better?

yes with permission profiles you can set it up like that.
